Geoffrey Fulton, LLB.
Geoffrey Fulton was a founding shareholder of EMSCAN Corporation and has been a member of its board since its inception. He is the President and major shareholder of National Research Group which, for more than 20 years has functioned as a private incubator for startup technology companies.
He is an active member of the Law Society of Alberta. He has served on the boards of numerous companies both public and private. Mr. Fulton has also served as President of Carlton Trail Properties Ltd., the General Partner of Carlton Trail Limited Partnership (TSXV: CTP.UN.A), a publicly traded real estate partnership, since June 11, 1999, and is a significant unitholder of Carlton Trail Limited Partnership.
David H. Young. B.A.
Since graduating from University of Toronto in 1974, David Young has cultivated a uniquely strong background in international financial management and entrepreneurship.
Initially, he pursued globally a high profile career for 17 years, including time at Citibank in New York, Fiji, London and Paris. He then went on to launch and nurture a successful technology business in Paris, which was subsequently sold, leaving him time to work as a literary author in the UK for two years. He then returned to work in the investment management community in the UK for six years and finally left Europe in 1991.
He then returned to Canada to raise his family, while also founding an equipment leasing company that evolved into The Hamilton Group Inc. The firm is a boutique finance company covering mid-ticket leasing through venture capital, to investing in publicly quoted securities. The firm also had large investments in the Canadian oil sands.
In 2000, he founded the Michael Young Family Foundation with brother Mike. Major projects include: Princess Margaret - Cancer research, Soulpepper - The Young Centre, Evergreen - The Brickworks, The Art Gallery of Ontario, Moorelands (for immigrant children), and Artscape Young Space.
Stéphane C. Attal, MBA, MSc.

Stéphane Attal is a business leader with extensive experience in financing, building management teams, commercializing technology products and globalizing businesses. Trilingual in English, French, and Spanish, Mr. Attal has worked extensively in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Europe, and China.
He has held a variety of key roles over his career. Prior to EMSCAN, he was founder and CEO of AskKinjo, an innovative location-based mobile content service provider. Prior to that he was CEO of Nephrologix, a start-up in peritoneal dialysis systems. Previous to Nephrologix, he was a founder and CEO of Navtel Communications, a worldwide developer and manufacturer of telecommunications test equipment. He also previously held numerous senior operating roles including General Manager and Vice President, Global Sales at a European-based global telecommunications equipment company.
He served on the board of AskKinjo, Nephrologix and Navtel. He is currently a Director on the board of MoGoYo, a developer of Android mobile phone applications and a mentor with the Canadian Youth Business Foundation.
